The kitchen is fully equipped; air conditioning throughout the house, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and video on demand ensure a pleasant stay. For families, shared toys and books for children, a private high chair, changing table, and a baby cot are available. Enjoy beautiful mountain views. Outside, a private 12,000 m² garden features a covered terrace, an open terrace, and an outdoor shower. The private outdoor pool (4 x 9 m), available from May to October, is secured by an alarm and fence. A tennis court is 15 minutes away on foot. The property offers 4 shared parking spaces and a shared charging station for electric vehicles. Barbecues are prohibited due to fire risk, and events are not allowed. The garage and the large living room wardrobe are private and not accessible to guests. Three sets of pétanque balls are available in the entrance closet.
